Andy Richards, a dance caller and pipe and tabor player for the Jigalots, is leading the Playing for Early Dance and Early Dance Workshops, which he has run very successfully and with many smiles at Sidmouth Folk Week in the past. Andy has danced and played with the Capriol Society, Rostibolli and the Taborers Society, and has been chief researcher, choreographer and taborer for the Rose Moresk.

[1] We will focus on the melody of each tune, where harmony is given in the music you are welcome to play it, but it will not be focussed on in the workshop.
